After completing work at the Dunes Manor Hotel, Shore Painting and Restoration was recently awarded the contract for the West side stair tower and elevator tower walls at the Plaza Condominium.
After receiving numerous proposals and bids, the BOD of the Tide's Edge selected Shore, not so much based on price, but on our experience with the building and our previous work, to install Hardi Siding to the North side wall.

Any structure without an Elastomeric wall coating, a urethane balcony coating and caulking is experiencing water intrusion, causing structural damage within! If your walls are only painted, you can be sure that water is intruding. Structures built with concrete, stucco and block absorb the water through the paint, trapping it within. Additionally, if you have carpet on your balcony, the carpet is acting as a sponge retaining the water within the balcony deck and exposing the concrete to prolonged detrimental exposure.
